This is a Sandland Hanley Staffordshire Bowl made in England. The center of this scalloped bowl has a scene of two women having tea, with one woman opening a bottle with her apron in front of a rouging fire. |

The inscription on the bowl is " Sairey Gamp Entertains Betsy Prig". Measuring 5 1/2" in diameter, the condition is very good, no chips, crack and only the usual minor crazing. |
